What we do at Partner Dialog?

Partner Dialog is both specialised and all-round. Our core competence is generating leads by booking meetings etc. and supplying you with pre-qualified leads on an ongoing basis.

But we also have competencies that are important for you to make the most out of new and existing customers by avoiding ‘wasting’ sales meetings, for instance, or by optimising the contact process.

Telemarketing

Do you need to have sales meetings booked? Or do you just want to get pre-qualified leads?

Partner Dialog has a team of very experienced and committed employees. Our employees are experts at contacting the right decision makers and book meetings at managerial level. Our staff have many years of experience across a wide range of trades.

When we book meetings for you, you will be assigned a project manager who will take care of the daily reporting and the final evaluation.

Partner Dialog has a department for customer research with particular experienced people. That means we can help you uncover circumstances that are important for your sale and bottom line figures i.e. how your customers rate you compared to your competitors, your strength and your weaknesses, and how you need to priorities your sales efforts etc.

Partner Dialogs customer research can be done as a separate assignment or as part of lead generating.

Sales strategy

If your business is new, or you would like to expand entering new markets, Partner Dialog can help you make a sales strategy. The strategy will, among other things, encompass an analysis of your current market strategy and a description of your company’s strength, weaknesses and potential.

The sales strategy will feature a plan of action with recommendations for focus areas regarding sales channels, marketing, communications and PR.

Why did I not land the order?

That is a question a lot of sales consultants have asked themselves over the years. But it can be difficult to find out on your own. Therefore, it could be useful for you to have professionals look at your presentation skills – what you say (and do not say), your body language etc. when you meet with a potential customer.

At Partner Dialog we offer advice on all aspects of selling – from booking meetings over the production of sales and PR material to meeting coaching. When we do meeting coaching one of our coaches will accompany you to a meeting and give you feedback on your performance afterwards.
